Terms and prices for delivery

• For purchases from Bulgaria, delivery is made with the courier companies Speedy and Econt and is charged at their current rates.
• For purchases from Greece and Romania, delivery is made by courier company Speedy at a price of EUR 5.00
• For purchases from EU countries (excluding Greece and Romania), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Western Balkans and Turkey, delivery is made by Bulgarian Post. Approximate delivery time 5-7 working days and price from EUR 10.00 to EUR 12.00 for a shipment up to 1 kg.
• For purchases from USA/Canada the delivery is made by Bulgarian Post. Approximate delivery time 7-10 business days and cost of EUR 15.00 for a shipment up to 1 kg.

Returns

You can return all products from one order or only a specific product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return is at your expense with a courier of your choice.

To return a product use the form on the Return A Product page or send an email with the order number to returns@plamenna.boutique and our employee will contact you to clarify the details.

The amount paid by you for the returned product will be refunded by bank transfer within 3 working days from the date we received the shipment and after deducting the costs incurred by Plámenna Fashion Boutique for the execution of the order. To do this, you must specify a bank account in the return form.

Payment

• Credit / debit card - we accept all valid bank cards of MasterCard, Visa, AmEx. We use the services of the payment operator Stripe. Plámenna Fashion Boutique does not collect or store information about your card.
• Apple Pay: website visitors with iPhone/Safari can place an order by using Apple Pay service.
• Cash on delivery (COD) - payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the product (only valid for orders from Bulgaria!)
