Terms and prices for delivery

  • Shipments to Bulgaria are delivered by DPD/Speedy and is charged at their current official rates.
  • Shipments to Greece and Romania are delivered by DPD/Speedy at a price of BGN 7.50 or Free shipping for orders above BGN 199.00. Deadline for delivery is up to 2 business days. 
  • Shipments to CEE countries (PL, CZ, SK, HU, SL, HR)  are delivered by DPD/Speedy at a price of BGN 12.00 or Free of charge for orders value of BGN 199.00 and up. Deadline for delivery is 3-4 business days. 
  • Shipments to Western Europe countries, UK, Switzerland, the Western Balkans and Turkey  are made by Bulgarian Post. Approximate delivery time 10-12 business days and price from 21.90 to 24.90 BGN for a shipment up to 1 kg. 

The term for processing the orders and submitting them to a courier is up to 1 working day, and the delivery time is according to the conditions of the courier companies or Bulgarian Post. 


You can return all products from one order or only a specific product within 14 days from the date on which the delivery is realized. The return is at your expense with a courier of your choice.

The amount paid by you for the returned product will be refunded by bank transfer within 5 working days from the date we received the shipment and after deduction made by Pl á menna Fashion Boutique costs to complete the order. To do this, you must specify a bank account in the return form.

1.4. If the ordered items cannot be delivered within the specified forecast deadlines, Pl á menna Fashion Boutique will try to delivery as fast as practicable. In any case, Pl á menna Fashion Boutique reserves the right to unilaterally extend these deadlines by up to 7 (seven) days.

1.5. Deliveries are received as standard - by hand, against signature and presentation of an ID card. In case of impossibility or difficulty for delivery in person to the consumers, the deliveries are delivered to persons, members of the household, or to persons indicated by the consumers, noting the name of the person who received the delivery and his connection with the consumer.
