Delivery terms and prices

For orders from Bulgaria, delivery is made with: SPEEDY - to offices, vending machines and addresses, at their current rate. EASYBOX - to vending machines. Important: Delivery to vending machines requires payment by card on the site! The Cash on Delivery payment option is only possible to SPEEDY offices. An additional fee is charged to orders with Cash on Delivery, which is not refundable.
For orders from EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Western Balkans and Turkey, delivery is made with Bulgarian Post . Estimated delivery time 7-10 working days and approximate price from 21.90 to 26.90 BGN for a shipment up to 1 kg.
For purchases from the USA/Canada, delivery is made with Bulgarian Post . Estimated delivery time 12-15 working days and price from 36.90 BGN for a shipment up to 1 kg.

The Preview/Test options only apply to deliveries in Bulgaria with the following specifics:

Shipments that contain only clothing have the Test option enabled;
Shipments containing shoes or cosmetics have only the Preview option.

The deadline for processing orders and submitting them to a courier is up to 3 working days after the date on which they were placed, and the delivery time is according to the terms of the courier companies or Bulgarian Post.

Return

You can return all products from one order or just a specific product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The return is at your expense with the courier company Speedy, even in cases where the order was placed with delivery to EASYBOX.
To return a product, fill out the online form on the Return a Product page and follow the instructions.
Important! After a return request is made, automatic emails are sent regarding the status of the request. Please check your email regularly, including your Spam folder or Promotions tab (for Gmail users)
If you are eligible for a free return, you will receive a return voucher with your order. Show it to the courier or at a Speedy office.
After submitting a return request, you must send the products to Plámenna Fashion Boutique®. The deadline for submitting them to a courier is no later than 14 days from the day following the date on which the product was received. If you do not meet this deadline, the request becomes invalid and the return will be refused.
The amount you paid for the returned products will be refunded, depending on the method chosen when filling out the request:
by bank transfer : when the order is paid with Cash on Delivery. The transfer will be arranged by the Plámenna team within 3 working days from the date we received the shipment. For this purpose, you must specify a bank account when filling out the product return form.
on the card used for payment : it is made on the day we receive the returned products. However, it takes up to 5 business days for it to be posted by your bank and the amount to be reflected on the card/account.
Plámenna credit : you will receive an email with a voucher for the value of the returned product, which you can use indefinitely, including for multiple different purchases (until the value is exhausted). See more about vouchers here .
If an order was paid for with more than one payment method, each part of the amount will be refunded to the payment method with which it was made.

Please note that the Cash on Delivery Fee is non-refundable. You can pay by card on the site without additional fees!

Payment

Cash on delivery – payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the product. Cash on delivery can only be used for orders from Bulgaria and Romania. When choosing this option, an additional fee of 3.00 BGN is charged on the value of the order, which is non-refundable.
Credit/Debit Card – We accept all valid MasterCard, Visa, AmEx bank cards. We use Shopify Payments. Plámenna Fashion Boutique® does not collect or store your card information.
Apple Pay & Google Pay: The site supports express ordering features via mobile devices running iOS or Android. To place express orders "with one tap" you must have the appropriate settings enabled on your phones.
