Terms and prices for delivery 

• Shipments to Bulgaria are delivered by DPD/Speedy and is charged at their current official rates.
• Shipments to Greece and Romania are delivered by DPD at a price range of BGN 7.50 - 11.50 or Free shipping for orders above BGN 199.00. Deadline for delivery is up to 2 business days. 
• Shipments to EU countries, UK, Switzerland, the Western Balkans and Turkey  are made by Bulgarian Post. Approximate delivery time 10-12 business days and price from 21.90 to 26.90 BGN for packages up to 1 kg. 

The term for processing the orders and submitting them to a courier is up to 1 working day, and the delivery time is according to the conditions of the courier companies or Bulgarian Post. 

Returns

• You can return all products from one order or only a specific product within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return is at your expense with the courier company Speedy.

• To return a product, complete the online form on the Return a product page and follow the instructions.
• Important! After a return/exchange request is made, automatic emails are sent about the status of the request. Please check your mail regularly , including the Spam folder .
• In case you are entitled to a free return, you will receive an email with a return voucher to present to a courier or a Speedy office.
• After submitting a return request, you must send the products to Plámenna Fashion Boutique®. The term for submitting them to a courier is no later than 14 days from the day following the date on which the product was received. If you do not meet this deadline, the request becomes invalid and the return will be refused.
• The amount you paid for the returned products will be refunded, depending on the method chosen when completing the request:
• by bank transfer : when the order is paid by Cash on Delivery. The translation will be arranged by the Plámenna team within 5 working days from the date we received the shipment. For this purpose, you must specify a bank account when filling out the product return form.
• on the card with which the payment was made : a vendaga is carried out by the Plámenna team, but it may take a few days for it to be posted by your bank and reflected on the card
• Plámenna purchase voucher : you will receive an email with a voucher for the value of the returned product, which you can use indefinitely, including for several different purchases (while the value lasts). See more about vouchers here .
• In case an order is paid for by more than one payment method, any part of the amount will be refunded to the means of payment with which it was made.

Note that the Cash on Delivery Fee is non-refundable. In certain cases, Plámenna Fashion Boutique® may deduct possible additional costs incurred to fulfill the order.

Payments

• Credit / debit card - we accept all valid bank cards of MasterCard, Visa, AmEx. All payments are processed by Stripe Inc. Plámenna Fashion Boutique does not collect or store any information about your card.
• Apple Pay & Google Pay: the site supports express checkout  via mobile devices on iOS or Android. In order to use express checkout you need activate the settings on your phone as well. 
• Cash on delivery (COD) - payment is made to the courier upon delivery of the product (only valid for orders from Bulgaria & Romania! )

• Quality workmanship combined with the right fabric gives a long life to the garment, which you will wear not just a few times, but several seasons, creating memories and stories with it. It's beautiful and we believe it's sensible and makes sense.

• The philosophy we profess every day is that we don't just offer clothes or products, but much more - an experience and emotion. We believe in this!

• The materials of the clothes we wear, especially those that have direct contact with our skin, have an impact on our health and comfort. That's why the materials we select are so important to us.

• We strive to be in harmony with ourselves and the environment. We carefully select the fabrics and materials we offer to you so that they are mostly natural, organic and clean, high quality. The task is not easy and it is difficult to achieve this harmony, but we hope that with hard work, the right direction and focus, we will be able to safely realize our ideas. We are also working on a completely new project “Let's green the planet”, which we hope to share very soon.

• Some of our leather products are made entirely from scraps of leather and materials left over from previous collections and production, giving them a second life, ready for new stories and adventures. Ethical, ecological and beautiful.
