Deliveries during the Christmas and New Year holidays
Dear customers,
During the Christmas and New Year holidays, orders will be fulfilled as follows:
1. Orders with delivery to a courier office placed by 2:30 p.m. on December 23 will be processed the same day and can be received at Speedy offices on December 24 by 2:00 p.m. or on December 27 during standard business hours.
2. Orders with delivery to a courier office , made between December 23 and 26, will be submitted for delivery on December 27 and can be received at Speedy offices on December 28 until 2:00 PM or on December 30 during standard business hours.
3. Orders with delivery to an address placed on weekends will be fulfilled on the first business day following the weekend.
4. Orders placed in the period 3012.2024 - 02.01.2025 will be submitted to a courier on January 2, 2025 and will be available for pickup from January 3 onwards.
5. Working days of Speedy offices:
- 24.12.2024 (Tuesday) – part-time (until 2:00 p.m.)
- 25–26.12.2024 (Wednesday, Thursday) – holidays
- 31.12.2024 - 01.01.2025
( Tuesday, Wednesday ) – weekends - 02.01.2025 (Tuesday) – standard working day
