- We deliver to the EU and the UK, with delivery times of 5-8 business days.
- 14 days from receipt, for the entire order or for a single product.
- The request is submitted online on the Return a product page.
- We refund to your card, by bank transfer, or as an indefinite voucher — the choice is yours.
- Return shipping is via Speedy, at the customer's expense.
- Cash on Delivery — for Bulgaria only, to a Speedy office or address. A non-refundable fee of €2 applies.
- Card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Via Shopify Payments, with no additional fees. We do not store your card details.
