Euro acceptance and deliveries during the holidays

Dear customers,

In connection with the adoption of the euro as the official currency in Bulgaria, it is important to keep the following in mind:

1. Plámenna Boutique® will not accept orders between 30.12.2025 and 02.01.2026. During this period, the website will not be accessible. Last orders will be accepted until 23.59 on 29.12.2025, but will be available after 05.01.2026.

2. Orders placed with Cash on Delivery until 29.12.2025 in BGN, but received in the first days of 2026 will be automatically converted by Speedy into euros at the official exchange rate of 1.95583 BGN for 1 Euro and can be paid in cash at the courier's cash desks in both BGN and EUR. In case of payment by card, the amount will be in EUR.

3. Refunds for orders placed in the last days of 2025 in BGN but returned to us in the first days of 2026 will be in EUR. The value of the products will be converted into EUR at the official exchange rate of 1.95583 BGN per 1 EUR. This applies to all types of payments accepted on the plamenna.boutique website.

4. After 02.01.2026, when the site will be accessible again, all prices will be in euros.

During the Christmas and New Year holidays, orders will be fulfilled as follows:

1. Orders with delivery to a courier office placed by 2:00 PM on December 23 will be processed the same day and can be received at Speedy offices on December 24 by 2:00 PM or on December 29 during standard business hours.

2. Orders with delivery to a courier office , placed between December 23 and 28, will be submitted for delivery on December 29 and can be received at Speedy offices until December 30 during standard business hours.

3. Orders with delivery to an address placed on weekends will be fulfilled on the first business day following the weekend.

4. Orders placed after 03.01.2026 will be submitted to a courier on January 5, 2026 and can be received from January 6 onwards.
